Delivery Policy

Once online ordering is available:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You must be available to receive delivery at the specified address
• We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect address information
• Special handling may be required for ice cream products to maintain quality

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our ice cream products:

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Custom orders may not be eligible for refunds
